Are the classes heated?

Our studio is heated to approximately 102–105°F with 60% humidity to create a warm, invigorating workout environment. The heat helps keep your muscles warm and flexible, allowing you to move more comfortably throughout class while working up a satisfying sweat.

Because you'll sweat more than you would in a traditional workout, proper hydration is essential. We recommend drinking plenty of water before, during, and after class to replace lost fluids and help your body perform and recover at its best. Listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and enjoy the benefits of moving in a warm, supportive environment.


Is it beginner friendly if you are not coordinated?

Yes! Sweaty Sculpt is designed for all fitness levels, and you do not need to be coordinated to join.

Every class is taught in a way that makes it easy to follow, with plenty of guidance along the way. We build each workout together so you'll never be expected to walk in and know what to do.

If you've seen our videos on social media, don't let them intimidate you! Most of what you see online is the finished routine, so it can look like everyone learned it instantly. In reality, we guide you through the entire process, and before you know it, you'll be moving with confidence right alongside everyone else.


What do I need to bring with me?

Although we have these things, we strongly encourage you to bring your own. You will need, a mat, small towel and water. If you do not have any of these things, we will happily provide you with them!
